I hate cold sores and I thought/think that I was getting one. It's right below my upper lip. It showed up yesterday and today it doesn't look any bigger at all. I would've never known it was there until I looked in the mirror because it doesn't hurt. It also has a white head. It looks like a pimple but I'm scared it might be a cold sore because I'm currently sick. What do you think it is?

What if it become bigger? Yuck, I'm going to look so ugly.

I meant to say right ABOVE my upper lip, and it's small.

its a pimple ....i've had one on my lip 2 months ago ...
it was really small with a white head ....
i applied some cream the doctor gave at the chemist ...
sorry i cant remember which one i used ...
it healed it within 3dayz ...if you pick it
it will get bigger n more red ...so the best thing to do..
is to leave it alone apply some cream n wash your face
before goin to sleep n wakin up in the mornin ....
it will clear all the bacteria ...hope it goes away ...
and i'm sure its not the cold lol...hope you sleep well tonight bye !!!
