Only the stuff that cannot be seen by the camera, things like maybe air, vacumn, thoughts, ideas, time.
You might be able to photograph some representations such as a clock, but that isn't time is it?

Aircraft in Greece. Some photographers from the UK did that a few years back and got thrown into prison. Might also be a very bad idea to photograph 'Mr Big' in the middle of a drugs deal.

Photos are light reflected into a camera (including special cameras that can see the infrared and ultraviolet spectrum). It would be hard to photograph anything that does not reflect light..so a black hole would be tough, so would air or solar rays. I am also hard to be photographed...I much prefer being on the other side of the lens.

The first post about naked children is wrong. You can photograph naked children. You just can't make child pornography. Look at Sally Mann's work, the Immediate Family series, absolutely beautiful and not pornographic at all.
