ive been doing it for 9 weeks lost 2 stone so far

I know someone who did it last year at the same time i did a normal diet - we both lost similar amounts of weight but she paid about sixty pound a week for hers. I have to say that six months on I have put a stone on and she has not - she looks fantastic - good luck to you

Im on week 11 and have lost 4stone and 1 pound.

i started it thursday feel like im starving all i can think about is food does it get easier i ready to give up

Congatulations on your weight loss.I have never heard of the diet thanks im going to give it a go.
