No, they're very different. Eczema is a skin condition where your skin gets very dry. It can crack, bleed and get very irritated and itchy. It usually doesn't go away unless you use a medicated cream or ointment, such as cortisone. It can be a very painful condition.
Acne involves pimples, eczema does not.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

No, they are not at all alike. Eczema is an auto-immune disease and is not curable but is treatable. Acne is usually much less serious although the psychological damage can be devastating, especially in the teen years when it is often tne worst. It is very treatable with Vitamin A injections from a dermatologist.

Eczema is usually on your hands and is caused by certain soaps and detergents sometimes from metals and you need a special ointment to calm the inflammation and the itching, if you itch too much they start bleeding.
Acne is usually on your face and it doesn't itch but it can get inflammed if you dont' keep your face clean and you need a drying agent to calm them down.

no they are quite different, other than the fact that they are both skin conditions. If you do have a problem with either one of them, try a colon cleanse and a kandida cleanse, that got rid of mine, and it's all naturel... you don't have to use bleach on your face 3times a day...and when they come back... about 3 to 6months later, if you don't change your lifestyle, you can do the cleanses again. It won't affect your health other than improving it. UNLIKE all other acne treatments i'm aware of.

no, eczema is when your skin itches really bad. its usually chronic. acne is just really bad pimples.
