1. The pain will be incomprehensible.
2. It will feel like needles exploding in and out of your body millions of times.
3. I agree very much with the butt tattoo on the butt so when you tell someone to kiss your a** you can say "kiss my a**es!"
4. No problem showing it off since you prolly tell everyone to kiss your a** anyway!
5. and 6. Tattoos are very cheap if you go to a scratcher in the neighborhood. Just post it on Craigslist and they will all come running - they will even do it for you in your own home...fifty bux tops....and don't tip cuz tattooers make too much money as it is.
7. Aftercare is extremely important. Be sure to soak several hours a day in a hot tub of water...use your favorite bubble bath so it won't get infected and then cover with a thick layer of baby butt cream - the thick white stuff - so it looks like frosting and wrap it up in Saran Wrap.
Good luck with that!

Tattoos hurt most on the ribcage and the soft fleshy part of the inner arm (under the pit) or the inner thigh. They also hurt near the bone, such as the ankle bone, the shin or the spine.
Brilliant color and tribal also hurt more because the needle has to go deep enough to push the color in.
For the least painful tattoo, choose an area such as the shoulder or the forearm. Go with a beautiful soft gray-style because the ink doesn't have to go in as deep. An example of this style can be work done by an artist such as Jose Lopez.
Pricing is usually $100/hour. The artist and the shop usually split the cost. Since an artist is subject to carpal syndrome in their hand & wrist, due to the vibration from the machine, they usually can't tattoo for 8 hours straight. Therefore, they have to make a decent wage for the time they do work.
Only choose an artist who can also draw/sketch/paint. Many artists are hacks and will us other artist's pictures in their portfolio. Be sure to watch the artist actually tattoo someone. See how the tattoo looks when they're finished. Then form your own conclusion.
If you feel any kind of doubt . . . . DON'T DO IT!!!!
And lastly, take a few months to really think about what you want. Make it meaningful. It's for life.

1. It does not hurt at all, really. I even had a spinal tap and a lebotomy an hour before I had mine, and I was fine...
2. Needles going into your skin?? Why would it feel like that?
3. I think you should go with the butt idea. Or a tattoo os lips on "your lips".
4. This tattoo should cost under 20$, since you will want to ask the Yahoo Answers where the cheapest place is in your area...
5. Oh, never mind, they do not tattoo in the USA....sorry....

First off..i am sure you know this but a tattoo is for life. one thing i would strongly recommend is deciding what type of tattoo you are wanting-whether it be an actual picture of an object or some sort of design. You don't want to go into a tattoo parlor with no idea of what you want. also, for me i like to get tattoos that signify something or have a personal meaning. tattoos do hurt. and depending on where you get them, it can hurt more or less. i have a full sleeve on my arm and i sat there for 5 1/2 hours just getting the outline done..and it hurt the whole entire time. if you have a low pain threshold then i would recommend getting something small done. i believe that most shops charge a minimum of like $60 bucks for something small. obviously the more work you get done the more it costs. colors are cool at first but fade over time. black and greys are the best for longevity. good luck.

Well First you should never get one or your going to hell! They hurt so bad its like someone peeling the flesh back from your bones, really unbearable. I would get your address tattooed right on your arm so you are never lost, cause its a wide known fact that people with tattoos have no brains, and get your prison ID tattooed on the other arm, cause its also a well known fact that tattooed people have served time. I would say that since tattoo shops are dirty bug infested places, you should pay no more than $9.99 a piece, after all they use dirty recycled needles right? After care is really simple, use "Butt Paste" and rub it on generously, make sure when it scabs up really bad you pick at the scab to make it heal faster. As to where you can find a place to get it done... drive to the worst neighborhood in any city and thats where you will find all the tattoo parlors!

I have a tattoo on the inside of my ankle. I can show it off and I can hide it if I want. When I got my tattoo, it hurt a little but not that much, plus it depends on the person, too. Some people can tolerate pain better than others. Also may I suggest that you do alot of research and shopping around for a really good tattoo place and really think about what kind of tattoo you want. You have to remember that the tattoo you get your going to have on your body for life, and you have to be really happy with it.

My tattoo artist name is mark evans at anythings possible in mooresville north carolina. he is award winning and pretty much amazing. Tattoos do hurt a bit but not bad just depends on your tolerance for pain. But it really wasnt as bad as i expected when i got my first. at the place i go before you leave they explain how to take care and manage your tattoos and also give you a paper that explains everything you need to know. just make sure you keep it well moisturized with frangrence free lotion not other ointments except stuff you buy from your tattoo artist. the more lotion you put on it, the less peeling and the more color you will have. Good luck!!!

Tattoos do hurt.. but it does go numb after a little bit. And YOU, ONLY YOU, should pick out what tattoo you want, how big, and where to get it. Remember, this is not something you can decide you don't like. It is permanent (save only for laser removal, which is painful and expensive). Please think long and hard about what you want and where you want it. Also, make sure to get it done at a reputable place. If you get it done professionally, they will tell you how to take care of it.

Well....it's good that you put ALOT of thought into your tattoo....I commend you for that. Re: what to get for your tattoo....maybe a huge picture of a butt on your butt...they've said it on Beavis and Butthead but has anyone actually ever done it? Probably not - you could be original in that sense...and also on the cutting edge of fashion! You're doing what only a few would dare to do! By having it on your butt, you have the option of showing it to everyone via mooning...or you could keep it concealed. Re: it hurting....it will, I'm not going to lie. But because you're going to be pants free in the tattoo studio, I'm sure the cold air or the people watching will help you think of other things besides your tattoo. One thing that I've found that helps is to take a couple of shots about 5 minutes before your tattoo....don't eat all day so that the alcohol really takes effect and you're good to go!
Taking care of it: Ask everyone on here....granted your artist is the one that does the tattoo - but do they really know? Use scented soap with a loofah and scrub hard! You want to get all that excess skin off of you and believe me...it's going to start to come off! When it starts to itch....don't use your bare hand to scratch it....maybe a fork or a back scratcher.
One more thing...work out like a code with your artist that tells him/her that you aren't mentally ready yet. My tattoo artist and I had it worked out where if I really wasn't ready, I would hit his hand out of the way and then roll off the table to the left. Happened quite a few times but hey....we minimized the mistakes....and I have a bunch of cute new freckles too!
Good luck!
