just like rice and potatoes which have starch in them,do corns also have starch which increases the fat of the body?

Hi,like anything else corn should be eaten ed in moderation.If you love corn and eat it every day ,you will have a starch problem.You are on the right track ,keep an eye on the starch.Good Luck

Yes, corn has starch. You're better off with green beans.
