don't think you can force yourself to grow taller, you just have to wait and see...how tall will you be? how tall are your parents...probably, a bit taller than your mom, as you are a girl. are the others in your family, like your aunts and uncles tall? if they are, you will probably be too.

Your target height is based on the height of your parents. You will grow taller once you hit puberty, but look at the height of your parents and usually you will be somewhere between the two of them.

look at your parents grand parents and blood aunt and uncles. You will probally some where in the middle. I would not worry though. Just eat right(stay away from the junk food) and healthy and excricse and you will reach your hieght. Tall women short women med hieght women it doesn't matter.
