In a sense, yes. You will never be "happy" all of the time, life in general has it's up and it's downs. So realistically, happy moments are all that we really have.
But I really think the key is about how you perceive things and the definition you assign to "happiness". I have found happiness, even in my moments of sorrow or distress. It's all about the way you see things.

nicely, while you're consistently finding for happiness, you're enormously plenty asserting to your self which you at the instant are not happy with the present situation you're in. you would be consistently lacking out on the moments that are authentic in front of you, that have the potential to hold you excitement. Like a individual who's consistently finding for ordinary methods to earn extra funds, so as that he can provide his kin the fashion of existence type he needs, because of the fact he beleives this could carry his kin happiness. yet he's overlooking the certainty that his little ones don't comprehend money, and are in basic terms desiring a father to be there for them. he's overlooking the little pleasures he must be finding in his little ones on the 2d, like staring at them play, and seeing what loving persons they're starting to be to be, and seeing the excitement that in the time of basic terms a hug or a tickle can provide them .Happiness is all around us. If we are consistently finding someplace else for it, we are able to omit the small issues that are occurring now, which could carry us excitement. stay a existence finding happiness in each little thing, and in turn extra helpful will come your way. while you're a happy individual, finding excitement in each 2d, you will deliver out the vibes of happiness, and in turn you will draw much extra helpful and happy moments into your existence. Happiness would not in simple terms come, it has to start someplace, interior your self. while you at the instant are not happy, then no longer something that comes your way will carry you happiness, on account which you will no longer have the potential to work out it there. you will consistently be finding for it someplace else.

Depends, if you are in a situation you feel CANT be changed, then find the happiness that you can. But I think that if you are say, dating someone who doesn't really make you happy, but you arent married, don't have kids...then move on. Find happiness. If you are at a job that you hate and can leave...GO, find happiness! If you can't leave or at least not now, find happiness where you can in your job. Stop hanging with folks who bring you down, change positions if you can.

It all depends on the kind of happiness you're looking for. Ever heard the expression" If you chase the butterfly he'll keep running but when you stop chasing it, it'll come and sit right on your shoulder? That pertains to relationships and some life situations. I believe in that expression.

I do because happiness is not having a lot of mony or a big house or fancy clothes car etc. happiness is little things like a smile from a stranger on a bad day, sticky jelly kisses from your kids and so on

Happiness is an attitude, not something you can look for or find, it's something that develops. So yeah, look for happy moments, that will help your happy attitude to develop.
