Personally, I'd love to have both, but between the two, a really nice body cuz that shows a guy can take care of himself and hopefully knows what kind of great things can come out of a nice body *wink**wink*

Definately face. I dont know how many times I saw a skinny person with an ugly face and thought "what a shame..."
And I know this girl who could lose a bit weight but she has a GORGEOUS face and even though she's heavier than me, I wish I could look just like her.

It depends on the person your trying to impress. I've seen guys with a nice face or hot body or both and they were jerks, so my answer is personality and brains.

well when you say it that way I would say a good face. I could care less about the body and honestly I could care less about the face, but you don't allow other options.
