My 18 month and 3 year old are out of carseats so the graco wouldn't make a difference, thanks anyway!

Because of name brand and durability: I would pick Schwinn Free Wheeler Double 2 Swivel Front.
I have heard bad experiences in quality with the Instep
but FYI Swivel wheel stroller are not recommended for jogging due to the fact that they are very unsafe.

I agree with the other answer, Graco is a better value, and you can attach any Graco infant seat in them. They are perfect for everyday abuse.

Go for a Graco...they are the easiest to handle, they fold easily, store easily and have the most accessories available.
