I would love to answer your question but somehow it smells of well how can i put it politely POO. If you where a doctor living in Iraq I'm sure you would have the basic knowledge on what is required for immigration purposes. Sorry just not buying it.

My information is pretty old, but I don't think anything has changed. American doctors make a ton of money and doctors were coming here from all over the world to get on the gravy train. The American doctors used their political influence to put a stop to that. Now unless you're a world-famous specialist, you can't get in. The average doctor is out of luck.

If you want to immigrate to the USA, you have to find someone to sponsor you. You can look for hospitals, medical research organizations, universities, etc. If I was you, I would discard Europe, since anti-Middle-easterner feeling there is much stronger than here in the USA. Good luck!

You need to stay where you are!! Your Pol need you. exspeically you being a Doctor. I am sorry to say this but we have enough Doctors. If everyone leaves what will happen to your country?. Stay and be useful to your Pol who need you. I heard that US has put a halt to Iraq immigrants coming to the US. I heard this on TV. Stay and help make your country a better place.

You need to contact a U.S. Embassy and talk to them. You can come as a student F-1, exchange visitor J-1, H1B, etc etc.

Do you qualify for asylum?

If you can't make it to an Embassy can you contact the U.S. forces in your area and get assistance from them?

uscis.gov generally.

However, there are special preferences for health professionals, and it may be worth speaking to an immigration attorney about them.
