...."we must end the failed policy of Dont Ask Dont Tell."? Wasn't that failed policy her husbands? I am in the military and do not want to have a gay dude checking me out in the shower. If we end that policy, does that mean I can now shower with the females?

Maybe because she didn't ask, Bill didn't tell, but he got caught anyway!

(Remember adultery is still a crime for anyone who serves in uniform, 10 years in a military prison, plus another 10 years if you lie about it. That ex-Commander in Chief in charge of our military did both.)

Bill didn't get 20 years in prison, but several military members under his command did get sentenced to 20 years for the same actions. Now, if our President commits these actions without being punished, yet still allows military members who did the same things to be punished, do you think we should even think about "don't ask, don't tell" changing? Why, so the next President can commit adultery with someone of the same sex?

I'm not sure if Hillary has something in mind or not, but that's getting even...I could just imagine the comedy scene...."Bill, you had sex with a woman in the Oval Office....guess what, so did I) LOL!!!

The military also depends on each and every member of the force working in extremely close proximity to each other. We won't "witch hunt" for homosexuals, like they still do for those who commit adultery, but we request that you not broadcast your lifestyle either, so that the whole force remains a collective force.

Changing the laws about allowing homosexuals in the military will have no effect, especially when those making the laws can and do anything and everything they want to without answering for those actions.

First, we need to talk about the Commander in Chief getting the same sentence that soldiers get for the same crime, then we can talk about taking away "don't ask, don't tell".

These little "policy changes" don't effect our military, as those of us who had to put up with it before, just end up living with it. But, it is nice to know that sometimes, the public gets to know the real story, not the one in the paper or on the news or the fake information presented by the Pentagon about how the military is treated.

I think, Hillary only wants points, and doesn't care about policy or the Military, just the same as Bill didn't care who was driving the Hummer in the Oval Office.

Yes, it was a failed policy of her husband's but it's failed because if you accuse someone of being homosexual even if s/he didn't "tell," they are still dismissed.

How do you know that you aren't showering next to some "gay dude" the next time you take a shower? Don't you think they keep that very, very quiet so they won't get told on? And, in a fire fight, would you prefer to have to depend on a heterosexual who's a lousy soldier or a homosexual who's the best in the company? I've not been a soldier but I think I'd rather have the best next to me, covering my back, regardless of his or her sexual orientation. But that's just me.

You do realize that females who are involved in "don't ask, don't tell" would be lesbians and wouldn't be "checking you out," don't you?

That policy was done during her husband's administration and was a compromise solution.

With don't ask, don't tell how do you know that the guys you are showering with aren't gay and hiding it?

How do you know that your homophobia isn't repressed desire toward men?

That was Bill Clinton's policy. If soldiers can shower with females, I'm going to get back in.

She wants open Gayness in the military.
While the boys in PINK are checking out you package, don't get caught peeking in at the ladies.
That's a double standard,a very liberal thing.

Actually by the terms that Shrillary wants, doing away with the "don't ask or tell" will mean that gays will be able to be openly gay and serve.
Under MY terms I say do away with it and go back to the old way of NONE of them are allowed in.
This is MY club, you follow MY rules. It is NOT a right to serve it is privilege!
