Keep your feet dry by using powder, use some sprays or creams between your toes twice a day, change your socks twice a day. The Tinactin that is mentioned in your first answer is some good stuff. The main part is to keep it from coming back, so you have to keep your feet dry. Sometimes, you may have to spray the bottom of your feet with some anti-perspirant, and that really helps. Deodorant won't do, only anti-perspirant will work on this. Best of luck to you.

Yeah! Their is this awesome home remedy that helped me after I caught it from the gym locker. It's diluted Listerine (original Listerine). To make half a gallon of the mixture. 1 liters Listerine and the rest water. Soak your feet in this stuff for 20 minutes each day.
Once it's cured assure you purchase doctor shultz foot powder and put it inside your socks to suck up the excess sweat. It works! If you don't trust that method Lotrimin cream at the drug store.
