If he is truly your best friend, he's not doing it to laugh at you. He's trying to get you to be less negative about yourself. Believe me, I think a majority of women feel like they could stand to shed a few pounds, but it's not always how we feel about ourselves that everyone else sees. Take the compliments and accept them. Try to be more confident in the way you look you'll feel better about yourself and maybe put on the skirt and tighter top on your own. If you were comfortable to leave the house in it, you obviously don't look bad in it.

I'm sure he actually means it. Our friends and family are much more objective about our bodies than we are. You are probably a knockout (even if you do have a few extra pounds, which I doubt you have) and he wants you to see it. You don't have to wear tight clothes if you're uncomfortable in them, but if you see something cute, then you should wear it and not worry about being ashamed of your body. Your friend is right.

You have issues with your body and he probably knows that and is trying to get you to realize that you are beautiful even if your not a size zero.. If that's what he's trying to do then he is going about it in the wrong way but his heart is in the right place. This is your body and you have to become comfortable with it on your own no one else can help you with that.

if he's just a friend then he prob wants to be more..wear what YOU feel comfortable in. He is trying to control you and your choices, regardless. You are your own person and nobody should make your decisions for you or make your choices for you or should tell you what to wear and how to act like a "ho" if you dont want to. Be yourself and if he still tries to tell you what to wear tell him to wear something he doesnt want to wear and say something like" I'm comfortable being me thank you. If you want a tight wearing clothes "ho" then it will not be me, please go find one...if you want to be my friend, then be my friend and not my wardrobe assistant thank you..." lol

A little fat is no big deal. He shouldn't force you, but sounds like he thinks you look great. Lots of guys like a little roundness. Me included.

Listen, it's your responsibility to look sexy and delicious for men. Stop being so self conscious and show him your body and dress revealing and give him eye candy. It's only fair.

I think he finds you very beautiful and attractive and he wants to show you off. Try to build your self esteem, being down on yourself is not healthy.
