I wish I would not have wasted so many years staying in a marriage that was over. :(
I wish I could keep my mouth shut when my heart spills over at times. :(
I wish I would have not let my foster son return to his birth family at the delicate age of 15. :(

I can't help you, since you hardly stated anything in your question. But it happens to everyone, and in the situation of love, you can always take it back. It's never "wish you could" if it was your own decision. If it wasn't, however, you have to move on and forget the past. Don't cling to what's no longer there.

A couple come to mind, yes. But that's part of the process of maturing and gaining wisdom. Regrets from past mistakes help keep us mindful when we make current decisions.
But still, there are a couple of things I would give almost anything to change.

I would not have listened to my ex. I allready had my daughter and two years later he proposed. I was reallly young so I got married. Five years later I was pregnant again, only he was having an affair with his secretary.
My biggest mistake, marrying my ex.

This probably sounds bad but...
Mistake: Cheating on my husband with my best childhood friend.
Good that came out of it: Im still with this childhood friend, now divorced (from a horrible marriage mind you) and finally know what love is like!

I wish I hadn't gotten a job where I work now (they called me, I didn't call them). It is hard to leave because the pay is decent. But it isn't what I want to spend my life doing...

I once told my friend how I truly felt about her wild children. That was a mistake. Advice....EVEN if someone ASKS how you feel about their children....LIE LIE LIE!!!!!!!!!! Never tell someone something negative about their children. It's a MAJORLY sensitive subject!!!!!!!!! Now I just sit in silence, making sure that my children behave while watching her kids talk back, run wild, and do as they please.
