I'm a vegetarian and I find myself feeling very weak and low on energy most of the time. I was wondering if there is a way for vegetarians to maintain a healthy body with lots of energy just like anyone else without resorting to eating meat? So how can I be more energized and not feel so tired all the time?

Supplement with a vegetarian multi vitamin. Also make sure you are getting enough carbs/calories. Thats what we use for energy.

First of all, you should take some multi vitamins for that lack of energy.
The two substances you would be missing on as a veg are protein and Omega 3 fatty acids (latter one found in fish).
So you should take lot of sprouts and soya to get protein. Soya is edible in hard form as tofu or as drink too. It's very nutritious.
Omega 3 fatty acids are made into pills these days. If you don't mind the smell of fish when taking these pills, then it's ok or else don't take them.
For which vitamins are best for you, better consult a doc.

You can get your protein from peanut butter, energy bars, fish, Viatiams. Oops! sorry about the fish, Tofu is protein.

I suggest to visit a herb & fitness store they can guide a lot better. Or even better a professional dietian/nutrionanist.

It is very very easy to gain energy being a vegetarian. you should consume dry fruits, fresh fruits, fresh lime juice with honey, honey with bread, honey with rice, milk and honey, dates and honey, dates and fruits. potatoes, banabas, tomatoes, all and more give a vegetarian energy, only non vegetarian people dont get opportunity to gain pure energy by gifts of natue.

As mentioned above, that's probably anemia. Eat foods that are fortified in iron, eat more colorful foods (dark green vegetables, brown whole grain foods), and probably you should take an iron supplement as well.

Also, make sure you're getting enough carbs/protein, as mentioned above.
