more than you will ever hear about. Sorry most will be attributed to something else its very hard to get accurate numbers of things like this.If it were a disease that there was only one way to get then it would be easier but, it has already been a number of years and many people with severe cases are probably already gone or many be able to accurately prove that's how they got it.
