It is mental. You will drive yourself crazy. You have to pray constantly. When I was overseas I wore a scapular and was miraculously saved from some crazy stuff. If you send me your email I will have one sent. It may give you some piece of mind.

I've seen lots of death and dying in my 25+ years as a paramedic. I'm a firm believer of no matter where you're at, when it's your time to go, then you'll go. I'm in Iraq too, and I believe it may be some scary thoughts going through your mind, they always do. But if you really think about it, you can be killed just as easily back home. So don't do anything stupid, but just be yourself and don't worry. Best of luck to you, and have a good day.

I would be, too if I lived in Iraq or was in the military over there. It's a scary place and it's not getting any better over there. I don't know what to tell you except to be careful. Don't go out at night and never go out alone.

Are you going out to Iraq?? If not why are you afraid of death out there. If you are going out there then you have every right to be afraid.

I would like a little more detail, but don't drive yourself crazy. Hm. Death isn't my strong point, but if you do die, at least don't die insane.
