meat does not have fiber, fiber comes from raw fruits and raw vegs. Some grains too

Lentils, black beans, lima beans, baked beans
Oatmeal, bran flakes, whole wheat spaghetti, whole grain breads
Peas, brussel spourts, potato with skin, broccoli, corn
Blueberries, strawberries, most fruits with skin

Only artificially enhanced drinks will have fiber
Meat doesn't have fiber, at least not the kind that adds bulk or fiber to your diet.

but adding fiber here and there isn't that hard
like instead of just cheese pizza you can put spinach on there-I promise it's not as disgusting as it sounds

Also in salads and stuff switch iceburg lettuce to romaine lettuce-it's a helluva lot healthier!!

but it's really not as hard to add fiber as ppl think it is-I promise with health nut parents along with being vegetarians-you learn a lot about this stuff

all vegetables and fruits have fiber

not many drinks to, except some fiber drinks

meat has little or no fiber
