You need to place yourself in the path of attractive guys that suit your taste. Like hip-hop dancers? Go to a class and attend regularly. Like buff guys: gym. Like artists? Go to an art class or exhibit. Like religious guys? Random churches.
Now you need to approach the guys with the strict intentions of just being friends at FIRST. Be chill and accept all the guy behaviors they might have. Laugh a lot, but not to seek approval. Relax and make jokes like you're best friends. If you do this with a LOT of guys, there will always be at least two who like you and you can choose whoever you want later.
This is pretty easy, especially if you're hot. Just be comfortable no matter who you're around and have fun.

Just say in a bar "I'm drunk". There will be a lot of guys wanting to be your boyfriend that night. However, if you are under the drinking age, don't worry about it.
