10:15 2 skimmilk waffles kroger, water, lite syrup
snack: 4-6 strawberries
12:15 one small package of quaker oats with 2% milk
with flavored water
what would be good for dinner?
I am 5 '1, 123 pounds
im 12

Try to avoid the sugar products, except for the natural fruit sugars. The processed foods are the biggest problems, as they contain sugars and other products that you don't need. Oatmeal out of the old fashioned round can is better than the packaged stuff.

Also, cut down on caffeine (if you have any), as it can interfere with a diet.

For the most part, as long as you are very active and exercise daily, you can eat more early in the day. Breakfast should be full of fruits, non-sugar cereals, skim milk, etc. Lunch, a little lighter, but here is a good chance to get grilled boneless/skinless chicken or tuna or other proteins, as it is better now than later in the day, and dinner very light, as you are winding down for the night and don't burn many calories while you sleep.

Sweetie, I think you need to eat more. For dinner you should get some protein. I'd suggest something like Denty Moore beef stew or you could eat some lean ham. Broccoli is a good veggie and for desert you could get some canned peaches in lite syrup. Hope this helps. :)

Why don't you have some chicken and a nice big green salad.
And a slice of whole grain bread or a whole grain roll.
And a yogurt for a snack.
Wash all this down with good plain water.

You don't need to lose weight. You are fine. You haven't even started PUBERTY so do not go on a diet. You're body is going to change SO much in the next few years, you won't believe it.

Just be a kid---don't start being a slave to the scale.

i am only 11 so i would suggest a kind of meat such as beef or pork along with a vegetable such as corn or carrots and then an appetizer.

a steak, potatoes and a serving of veggies.....seriously you are 12 years old and your body needs nutrients, if you are on a diet now and DONT need to be from what I read you can do serious damage to your body!!!
