For last few days I have had the horrible feeling that I am always hungry. It is very uncomfortable to deal with and I just hope you have some answers.

I have been eating a ton of fruit, apples, oranges, and grapes mainly, and I have been drinking a lot of water as well. But no matter how much I eat, or drink, the feeling never goes away. I talked to my manager about it and she said that there was a possibility that I am hypoglycemic, and she gave me some chocolate and other stuff, it helped for a little while but and hour or so later it came back worse then before. My health insurance is horrible, so i can't really go to the doctors.

Any Help?

You are eating way too many carbs. Eat meat and fat. It will satisfy you alot longer. Eat your fruit as a desert not on an empty stomach. Try to limit your carbs to no more than 72 a day. You may have to reduce this little by little since you seem to be a carboholic.

Try eating more protein and see if this helps. Protein will stay with you longer and you may not feel hungry again so soon. You also need carbs. Try a few meals of pasta or rice with some type of meat and see if this doesn't help.

Many times we feel hungry if we are not getting the proper nutrients. While fruits are good, you need other types of food too.

Some types of medications make you feel hungry also, but I am assuming this would have started right away, so unless you are taking a new medication, that is probably not the problem.

Give changing your diet a try. Good luck to you.

I would go and get your blood checked for diabetes. Are you losing any weight while eating and drinking such a lot. If you are you could be showing the symptoms of diabetes.

You might have a tape worm. I saw a woman that had a 9 lb tape worm on medical mysteries. Good luck.
