For about 3 days my eyes have hurt when I roll them around, it's not a stabbing pain or anything, just uncomfortable. I have had a cold/allergies/whatever for about 5 days now and my right eye has watered off and on, and my nose is so clogged it's killing me. Could it be sinus that is making my eyes hurt? What can I do or take without having to go to the doctor?

For drug-free relief, try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). I've been doing it at work too.

The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot. The special bottle and salt is about $20.

You can do this a often as you like with no bad side effects.

You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. So if you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis. (I put in a link for “what” and “how” – there’s also some good info on wiki)

this is probably your sinuses putting pressure on your eyes. I think they're not just in your nose but also above your nose, near your eyes. Well sudafed (i don't know if i spelled that right) is a sinus medicine. Otherwise you could take decongestants or claritin (which is over the counter now).

Also you could try to stop getting smart so much. XD

i would think that it would be dry eyes or over-strained eyes.
if it was your sinuses then the sinuses would need to be pretty swollen so that would be a sign of something bad. you should take a decongestant for the clogged nose. get lots of fluids in case it is an illness. is it gets worse i would go to the doctors office. if you have contacts you should take them out. try the doctor.

It is likely sinus pressure in your head causing the pain in your eyes.

It could be something else though... do you have any blurriness in either of your eyes? Do you notice either eye sensitive to light? When you close your eyes in a dark room, do you see sparkles around the periphery of your field of vision? If so, you may have another issue.

Otherwise, I'm going with sinus pressure.

You can stop rolling your eyes !

over the counter claratin , if you are sure it is an allergy but it will also help a bit if it is a cold. You have to ask the Pharmacist for it now because it is used to make Meth , but no script is needed.
