Does anyone know how to change a Headlight switch on a 98 Dodge Neon?

The lights just won't come on anymore and we think it may be the headlight switch!

Before you jump into changing he switch check your fuses. They are a lot cheaper to replace. Changing the switch will be a major undertaking for someone who is inexperienced.
