First, I'm a christian and I don't care what you think of me, the only one who counts in that area is God. Sure, I like people to like me, that's just human. It's common knowledge that everyone can not please everyone else, we are all different and like different things so pleasing all people is out of the question.
Second, The people you are talking about are not Christians, the only way to go to hell, is by not accepting Jesus Christ as you savior.
Third, everything is not a sin. Ever heard of the 10 Commandments! 10 is not everything!

I've never met any Christian that meets your description. I don't care what people think of me, all that matters in the end is what God thinks. Does hypocrite mean imperfect to you? Do you realize that we are still in fact human?? We all make mistakes, our job is to just do our best and follow Christ's leading. We fail miserable much of the time. The only way to get to hell is to not accept the offer of relationship from Jesus, not what other people think of you. What kind of crazy idea is that? Not everything is a sin. Selfishness and pride are sins. I say get over it. When you have a relationship with Jesus, He'll guide you and help you live a right life. Don't worry about it.

Not everything is a sin, if fact very few things are. I would say most of these people you have met are not really Christians. As long as I can get up in the morning and look myself in the face then I am fine, and that is all anyone should be concerned about.

You obviously never met me before today if you think that all Christians are worried about what other people think of them. I'm not running a popularity contest here. . .whether you love me or hate me, I'm still going to tell you that you need Jesus Christ as your Savior. I'm saved, and I know where I'm going when I die. It's those who reject Christ and His gift of salvation who need to be worried about Hell.

And I'm also not going to lie and say that something isn't a sin when it clearly goes against what the Bible teaches on that subject. There again, if it offends you to be told that what you're doing is wrong, then don't ask me my opinion on the subject. I don't go around telling people that they're sinners, but if they want to know what I think about something, I'm going to give them a Bible-based answer.

I imagine this isn't the answer that you wanted. As they say in Norway, "Uff da!"

I don't care what people think of me. I'd like them to like me but I know not everyone will. I only think people are going to Hell if they don't have Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. I don't think everything is a sin....many things are sin and that's why we need a Savior.

I don't know who you have met, but personally I do not care what people think of me. What matters to me is that I keep on living the life I know God wants me to live. If I am doing that, then I know I'm good.
I am not saying that I am perfect, by all means I am not.
But I am forgiven, and I work daily to be the person the Lord would want me to be.
God Bless...

sin is keeping you away from God's grace. He wants you to come home.
