As a stylist I have had clients that have had problems in the past.

I've recommend that they go to GNC and pickup a product for Hair, Skin and Nails. If is made up of Keratin, the same stuff your hair and nails are made of.

Some have had success with these types of products.

hair skin and nail vitamins have helped me in the past, but they helped about the same as a multi vitamin for me. I also use a lot of conditioner after I wash my hair and detangler spray helps too!

it doesnt really help much...it just wastes your money.. if u want healthy hair, get it trimmed every month or so about a half inch... then u can put an olive oil relaxer in it to make it shine and durable..hope this helps! :)
