It's a real problem for me, and I would like some advice on trying to gain weight. Yes, GAIN, not lose. See, I'm one of those people who can eat all she wants, but will not even gain a SINGLE pound. It's pretty annoying, because I want to be at least slightly fatter. Gain 10 lb, maybe.

Yea, did I mention I want to gain weight the HEALTHY way? I'm not a crackpot and dont want to do drugs, and stuffing my face wont work because its not healthy and my body is very sensitive to it. I have odd reactions from some foods.

you gain wieght by gaining muscle mass so lift weights on all parts of your body, and eat foods in high protein like steak and meats, eggs, and fish...those will help build up protein and muscle so you gain weight the healthy way..

i am just like you i am in the 8 grade and i eat tons and i dont gain anything and people say that i am skinny as a twig i have no clue how to gain wight but i think eating all the time will lead you there

first eat as many sweets you like
then go to gym cause you build muscles and this will make you gain weight
you want gain fat or muscles?
try take some healthy=legal body suplements for building muscles

i have the same problem I'm 5'9 and 120 lbs i find that protean shakes help to gane good weight, not fat when drinking the shakes make sure you also work out mussel ways more than fat remember that

I would go to Smoothie King, and buy a 1000 calorie shake.

do you want to be fatter, or more muscular? If you want to be fatter, just eat lots of really unhealthy stuff and don't exercise so your metabolism slows down.

eat healthy fattening foods such as avocados, strawberries. and try working out because muscle weighs more than fat.
