That amazingly beautiful animal, that looks amazingly like my Anna, is a West Highland White Terrier, one of the most loving and bright breeds I have ever owned. They are a bit difficult to locate a breeder and you can expect to pay around $800 for a modest dog. They require grooming for their coat to fully develop, but other than that you can not go wrong.
