Can anyone tell me where I can go to download ActiveX controls?

I dont know which Active X it is but I know there is one damaged or possibly even deleted, I'm not sure which. But I can't seem to download anything but my yahoo toolbar. Everytime I try downloading the little green bar at the bottom of my page stops about halfway and it just stays there. Someone help!

go to micorsoft.com website. and than go to download and download the activeX9.0C from there. let me know if u need more help...
