Why is it that black marks are formed on your skin?

There are some areas that are no exposed to sunlight yet are still darker then those that are, and even shockingly darker then areas that are not even exposed to sunlight...

What causes this and how to get rid of it?

HAVEN'T HEARD OF BLACK MARKS BUT THERE ARE BROWN MARKS CAUSED BY THE SUN ASK YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST
