I enjoy listening to music, cleaning, journaling, going to the beach and just spending time with my friends and family.

i used to play an instrument and that did the trick. now it's sitting on a beach all by myself doing what i want when i want. no demands on my time or my efforts. no one counting on me to do for them. bliss
