Yes, but only pure water. Not purified water or faucet water. During the process of purifying purified water all of the things that are in water that the body needs are removed. Faucet water is almost poisonous it is so polluted. Pure water is spring water. Water that comes out of the earth and pretty much nothing is done to it. Always check the bottling dates when you buy water in plastic bottles. The longer it is in a plastic bottle the more chemicals are released into the water. Glass bottles are actually better but rather expensive and hard to find.

yes it does. helps clean out the garbage and hydrates the cells, hard to get too much, unless you are drowning :) most of us don't get enough intake to notice how much it can change the way you feel... and this is a very spiritual question(?) :-0 :)
