Because man is a dominating species between the two , and he is at command for the present, he is not bothered to celebrate man's day as every day is a man's day.

Woman Day is celebrated so that woman will have get together and man will be spared. You can not enjoy two days in a year.

Because most men alredy r better represented in almost all walks of life, know better their rights , duties & responsibilities. So, they do not require any push(dhakka) or reminders for whatever they should have or require. Of course, striking exceptions in womenfolk too exist, no doubt, eluding all predictions & prejudices.
