I am using Windows XP, and would like my icons to default to the right-hand side of the screen, rather than, as now, the left-hand side.
I guess theres a simple setting somewhere, but cant find it. Can anyone help?

They'll always default to the left.......... you'll have to move them to the right manually. Do this - Right click your desktop > Arrange Icons by > Auto Arrange (make sure it isn't ticked) and then you can move them over.

Just highlight them all with your cursor and drag them to the right hand side. If they automatically move back to the left then right click the desktop, select "arrange icons by" and make sure "auto arrange" isn't ticked.

You could just drag them over, I think. But try right clicking on the desk top and see what it says.
