Help guys. I'm being blamed from my girlfriend's mom and family. (Her herself too) They are saying I put a keylogger on her computer, when I don't even know where to go one. She's threatening to get the police and send them to my house to talk to me and my mom. I know I didn't do it but how do I handle this situation.

Help guys. I'm being blamed from my girlfriend's mom and family. (Her herself too) They are saying I put a keylogger on her computer, when I don't even know where to go one. She's threatening to get the police and send them to my house to talk to me and my mom. I know I didn't do it but how do I handle this situation.

I forgot to mention she I/med me. Then her mom texted me threatening it. I don't want to talk to them. I told them I didn't do it and it's wrong of them to blame it on me even if they did find one, which they are saying they did. I know I didn't. So I texted my girlfriend's mom telling her that. I told her I know what I did and didn't do. I told her I know that I didn't do it. And then said my phone is running out of batteries because I really don't want to talk to them. I'm going to tell my mom when she gets home. The police the same. I know I didn't do it. 100% chance. No doubt. I don't use her computer. I send her pics and music. I go on to help her. That's it.

You need a new girlfriend. They can call all the cops they want, it won't do a thing to you.

Talk it out rationally with your girlfriend and her family. Explain to them honestly that you would have no reason to put a keylogger on her computer, and that you would never want to hurt her. If the police must get involved, be courteous with them, and give them any information they need. Because if you didn't do it, then there should be no evidence against you.

The accuser has to prove beyond all reasonable doubt in a court of law. Since you claim not to have had any part of this act, you have nothing to worry about because ALL computer transactions sent have an IP address which is traceable! They can find out exactly where it came from!

First off, find a new girlfriend. Second let the police come, if you did not do anything, why worry. They have to prove you did it, they cant just say it

i agree that you should tell the cops in a polite way that it wasnt you. i dont agree that it is up to her to prove it cause the cops blamed my son for being outside. he was almost molested by a man and the cops said that if he had been in the house he wouldnt have put himself in that place. they arent doing anything about it. he is 14 and they dont have to stay inside all the time. i need to put this on for advice from you all.
