Okay i'm really embarrassed to say this but here it goes. I am an 11 year old boy and I have a crush on an 18 year old senior high school girl. I see her every day (except saturday and sunday.) But anyway I kind of sort of think she likes me. I have been over and friends houses and called her while they were on the other line and they say she sounds nervous and they think she likes me too. I'm looking for advice from someone who has been in a similar situation. Should I just give up or should I continuewith waht I am doing??? I'm really confused.

usually as you get older age difference is not much of a problem, but at this age, its almost impossible for an 11 yr old date an 18 yr old. 18 year old girls are way too mature for some one in 5th - 6th grade. She is interested in guys who are her age and maybe 2 yrs older or younger, but 7 years is a big difference. I think you should stay with your age group
and its illegal

You should let this go and not contact her. She may sound nervous because it is such a weird situation. She probably doesn't know what to do because she doesn't want to hurt your feelings. It is normal to have crushes on older girls at your age. You just have to realize that you cannot act on them.
The two of you are completely different in your maturity levels. I am sure you are a nice 11 year old, but why would someone that is probably going to go to college next year want to be romantically involved with an 11 yr old?
Besides, it is illegal.

I think you should try to date some one your own age. I mean legally the girl you like could get into a lot of trouble for dating you since your not of the age of 18 not to mention your not even close to being 18 for years to come. You could get yourself in a mess and her too. Like I said find some one more in your age group. Sorry and good luck!

I think she doesn't it love you she was just surprised with the idea and she can't find the courage to reject you cuz you're only 11 year old boy and she doesn't want to crush you heart and be the cause of a complex that you'll develop for your entire life.

Your 11 if anything happens between you two she could go to jail! Sorry I know you've heard that before but it is illegal for a reason
