Short answer: yes. Overdosing on Effexor usually develops only mild symptoms, though severe toxicity has been reported. There are reports of life-threatening neurolepsy for seroquel. And amitryptiline overdose is a significant cause of fatal drug poisoning. See the links below.

On those particular medications, YES it is possible to overdose. Amitrityline is particularly dangerous as it gives you arythmias and will send you unconcious for quite a while and you may eventually die from it. Effexor may affect your blood pressure and send it sky high causing a stroke. Don't know about seroquel. Please don't do anything stupid my friend. Seek help if you feel that way.

YES, you can od on those meds and any outher meds. to much of anything at once is no good. if you have done that call poison control ASAP, if you have not taken a un safe amount talk to you shrink, if your asking for a wierd reason then talk to your shrink!

yes you can overdose on pretty much any pill...if you feel you have overdosed call poison control in your local phone book

you can "od" on any drug as the definition of drug is TOXIN. At first it stimulates then the more you take, the more you poison your body.
