Make sure you put some thought into what she likes! Like walking on the beach, sailing, skating, romantic dinners, dancing, whatever. Then ask her while doing whatever her favorite thing is to do. It will make it more special that you were thoughtful enough to do it then. Good Luck!

the purpose of dating is to get to know a person before you make a commitment and prove that the love you feel is true and strong, not just a hormone making you feel intoxicated.
if sex has already been intimately given up, one must know that sex is like a flower that dies. So there must be something stronger than Love of sex that binds a man and wife in covenant. so, while some people get married as soon as they meet, most people should not get married in the first year or two, however you can ask as soon as you have a commitment ring or publicly profess betrothal any time after you are of legal age.
God requires marriage to be legal and lawful.

You propose when you are certain that you love her and only her and that you want to spend the rest of your life with her. I tell my kids that after thirty is a good time to decide something as important as the rest of your life. Before then you really haven't the experience of lasting endurance, patience etc that a proposal takes.

See its upto you whenever u feel the girl's in a good mood, hit the iron but at the same time make sure that u too r at ease not nervous because if u're nervous u won't b confident enuf n not expressive too.
Finally what i believe is not to wait for the iron to be hot to hit it, strike it so hard that it becomes hot...

i see girls think it is marriage that you talk about but propose what? and why don't you just do it first and then propose or whatever. ask her about having sex could be tough one and you can either go with words or just behave like you know her from like forever and let it roll over.
