Well if you aren't willing to change your appearance then you had better get used to all of the attention.
Just change your outlook. Instead of being negatively affected by all of it, try seeing the plusses, & let the exoeriences gained by it brighten your life.
For example: there is a demand in the talent industry for Celebrity Look-a-likes.
Instead of rejecting the idea that you look like Ashley Olsen, exploit it. As you get older your appearance may change & the resemblance may fade, so enjoy it while it lasts.
Otherwise, you will have to give some consideration to changing your appearance as much as you naturally can, because people are people & you have no control over their reaction when they think that they are in the presence of a real celebrity. :-)

I remember when I was younger, like a pre-teen.. I was often told I looked like Candace Cameron (I look nothing like her now though). As I got older, when I was 14, I was told I looked like Claire Danes (from her My So-Called Life days) and then as I got a little older even, I would hear how I looked *a little* like LeAnn Rimes.
I know that was rambley.. but my point is simply this...
We all, at one point or another have someone telling us we look like some celebrity. It's their opinion, and it's nothing more than that. Just because some people think you resemble someone else, doesn't make you any less of an individual. As you get older, your looks will change some, and chances are.. you won't resemble her much, if any by then.
As far as how you should respond to peoples comments.. just smile and say something like "Yeah, I hear that pretty often!" or just say "Thanks". Whatever you choose to say, just be polite and smile.
Just take it as it is. You may look like a celebrity, but you're still you. :)

It is your choice. Just choose not to be. Other peoples thought are not your command. Just be yourself and let "others" be the continual copycats. Live your own life. Good Luck
