change 2 phases and it'll run in the other direction

This is simple. Inside the motor you will find where the three windings are connected to the three power phases. (Where each winding is assigned to one of the phases, NOT where all three windings are connected to neutral.) Simply disconnect any two of the windings and swap which phases they are connected to. Done!

Swap any two of the three wires from the power source to the motor.

Change the field winding or armature winding of two phases to reverse direction or if you have a switch to change the direction, just reverse the gear to the opposite direction.

Just reverse any two wires. It doesn't matter which two.
