Does anyone have that article about running to get better legs? Could you tell me what it says?? (i threw mine out)

It doesn't say anything too useful but here's the basics...

Buy a pair of running shoes that fit snugly but aren't too tight.

1) Warm Up: Warm up your legs (jumping jacks & stretching) & body (head rolls, ankle rolls, arm circles, swing your legs).

2) Get Loose: For 10 minutes do a combination of running, skipping, walking (if you get tired), and sidewinding (running sideways, crossing legs over eachother)

3)Tone Muscles: Run raising your knees as high as they go for 5 sets of 15-30 seconds. Run kicking your heels to your butt for 5 sets of 15-30 seconds. Do 5 sets of 12-20 running leaps.

wat the other girl said, it baisically says, get good shoes, stretch to warm up then run around the track, then drink water and stretch to cool down
