When you buy bleach from the store, you mix stuff in the bottle that comes with it. There's a lot of bleach in the bottle so if you were to put everything when you have short hair, would it do anything?

I'm a bit confused by the question, but I assume you want to know if putting more bleach on your hair than short hair requires will adversely affect it. I say no. No matter how much you saturate your hair, it's the amount of time, not the amount of bleach, that determines the outcome. Keep an eye on it, though.

First off, I am not sure what kind of bleach from the store your talking about. If you put it all over your hair then its just going to bleach all your hair. Is that what you want? It doesn't matter how short your hair is or how long. DONOT leave it on longer then it says. (even though I DONOT favor store bought do at home kits.) I am not saying this just because I am a cosmetologist and want your money. I am saying this because I have seen what to many people have done to there hair doing it their selves and at home. YOU will end up in a salon wanting help. Bleach is a chemical and very drying to your hair. If you already have alot of damage to your hair I donnot suggest you do this. BUT if you do, you need to watch your hair and let it get past the red, yellow stage to blonde. If you remove it to soon you will have yellow hair. Hope this helps alittle....I can't really tell you without seeing your hair.

Its a matter of both : how concentrated you mix it, and how long you leave it on-- not really how much you put on all together. Like the other girl says, you will just have better coverage with more bleach.
If you dont follow the ratio, though, you will get different results, even if you use all of the powder OR all of the liquid.

yes, it will do more damage to your hair and scalp. you only need to use as much as your hair is long. It won't make a difference on the out come of the color. Its the timing that determines the outcome.
