Hell, Michigan seems a likely location.

He didn't fall on Earth. He didn't fall on Eath because if you remeber in the Bible, God made the angels first before anything else. Remember the story of God creating everything in a week? Well, each day they're talking about is like about a billion years each or a couple billions, then it went to millions with animals and humans. So anyways... God probably made Hell for Satan while he was falling with his other evil angels.

There is no answer to this question because there is no devil. It's a manmade fairy tale. I suggest you read Elaine Pagel's "The Origin of Satan".
