why do most people gain weight when they're in a relationship?? I notice it in many couples i know o_0

yea ive been with my bf for 1 year and when i met him i weighed about 45kg and now im 51kg. I dont know if its the result of our relationship or just because i was 17 and now im 18 lol

its only because ur thinking of him all day long...
that results in doing no work or exercise all day long...
that results in getting fat lol...

In my case when I was married, the weight gain equaled unhappiness. For some dumb stupid reason I shoved myself so far on the bottom of the the list of priorities, that I kinda lost myself. I think this may be the case for many women. It is sad. Now, since the divorce, I've lost most of the weight and I feel great and I know that I will NEVER make that mistake again. When it all boils down to it..all we have is ourselves..should we be happy? Oh yeah baby!! :)

they become comfortable with who they are and how they look

women put on more cos they'r around a man (who can eat more) and they forget that they don't need so much food and just eat the same amount as the man. n as ur stomach gets bigger you want more food.

because they feel more comfortable knowing they have someone, so they worry less about what they eat and gaining weight. They try less to have the perfect body because they already found someone who likes them.

ive noticed that when im in a long term relationship, i near enough ALWAYS put on weight...i think its because they tell you dat u look great, therefore u eat because "u look great". well...thats my thought of it anyway lol
