how to shift a complete page in word from up to down?

Window->Split (this splits the window into two panes)
In botton portion, press Ctrl+End to move the cursor to end of doc.
In the top portion select the text of first page, cut, and paste in the bottom portion.

you got to just click the 'Page Down' key to shift a complete page from top to down.
