I actually don't know. My family is a mix of blood types: AB, O, A, B postive.....it gets confusing!

No it isn't. Blood type O is recessive so you have to have "OO" to be type "O". "OB" is type B as is "BB" and "OA" or "AA" is A. So you see you can't get AB from OO + anything as you have to inherit an allele from each parent.

A A AA A
A B AB* AB
A O AO A
B A AB* AB
B B BB B
B O BO B
O O OO O

OO = Blood type O
AO = Blood type A
BO = Blood type B
AB = Blood type AB
AA = Blood type A
BB = Blood type B

Io is recessive; neither antigen is produced; so you will have Blood Group O if you have two of these alleles.

Mystic eye is right
O is recessive. A is dominant, but to be A, you must only have AA or AO type.
No B in the mix.
Same thing with eyes...brown is dominant, blue is recessive. Two brown eyed people can have a blue eyed baby (if both have Bb (one brown, one blue) genes, but two blue eyed (bb)people can't have a brown eyed baby (Bb or BB).

it's possible... if the combination of the man's blood type is OB but his blood is O because the O blood type is more dominant

I really don't think so. I'm A, my husband is O and our kids are all 3 A.
