Wherever we are but we also always remember Jerusalem. I hope you don't regularly use G-d's name on a yahoo answers page. But yes, remember Israel and Jerusalem in all things. Pesach--Next year in Jerusalem! is just one example. We are to observe the feasts--if you're a Jew--wherever we are. But, to remember Jerusalem, we observe feasts for two days, while in Israel, only one day. So, in the Diaspora, Pesach's first Tom Yov is actually two in a row, while in Israel, it's still only one.
