is there any way i can get emancipated without my parents consent? where i live now does not have enough structure that i need. could someone please tell me how i can do this?

You can be on your own in a little over 12 months. If you're too impatient to wait for that, you're probably not adult enough to be on your own, anyway.
To become an emancipated minor in Florida, you have to petition the court. They will hold a hearing - your parents will be there - and you and your parents will each have the opportunity to tell the court why you should (or shouldn't) be on your own.
Then, the judge will make a decision on it. If the judge thinks you'd be better off on your own, and you have shown that you have a job, are earning enough to pay your rent and pay your bills, and are going to a stable home environment, he may let you go.
Your chances of this happening are probably one in a million.
Your chances of this happening before you turn 18 - because it takes a long time to schedule the court hearing, the department of child and welfare has to do an investigation, and your parents have to be interviewed - is pretty slim.

You only have a year left and then you're legally an adult anyway. And you do realize that becoming emancipated is not a pleasant thing, right? It's like getting divorced, they're not going to like you afterwards.

If you need structure you won't get it living on your own.
You would have to go through the courts if your parents contested your move for emancipation.
By the time you get your case through the court system you will have become an adult anyway, so try to find a better way to waste your time. ;-)

you need to prove that an an emancipated minor you can be a functional member of this society>>>>>
you need to demonstrate to the courts :JOB, School , place to live,,, enough money for ......., What you need is an attorney!

You would have to go in front of a judge, they would decide if you should be emancipated or not.

This has to be done in court by a judge. That means you have to get a lawyer who will help speak on your behalf.

If you've got money then call a lawyer.
Also if you call family services they might be able to help.
If all else fails just try to hang in there.
P.S. have you tried talking to the p-units about it?
