If your name refers to your skin type i'd say you've overdone on both and leave well alone! But since you asked, a solarium is stand up and a sunbed is lay down, equally damaging but do have good points too, solarium is usually more powerful so don't need as long in there.

Hey just to let you know that a spray tan is much healthier for you. You can go to the salon and walk into the booth and it sprays you back and front from head to toe and it looks fab!
is approx £25 for 2 sessions but book a few and get discount usually. The tanning shop was good.

both really unhealthy,try st tropez tanning booth,natural tanning and wont give you wrinkles like sunbed.

i think there is little difference, and neither is very safe, try fake tan!
