I would say no you can't. Don't do it though it will be a horrible death.

They could probably try to sue them, but the chances of the fast food companies losing the battle, well, highly doubtful.
Why would you want to go on an all fast food diet anyways? It's gross. Didn't you watch Supersize Me?? If you haven't, you should, after 30 days of nothing but MCDonalds, the guy in the movie was sick, overweight (gained 30 pounds in 30 days, ouch!), tired all the time, and just overall did not look good. Find a better diet.

they may not get away with it but i do suggest that your folks take out some good insurance on you so that your living would not have been in vain . so eat all the micky dees and the junk food you want but you should allow your family to benifit from your stupidity so invest now in some life insurance before you become uninsurable you should be around 350 now and i believe you might be able to get some insurance .

It would be more appropriate that they be able to sue YOU for intentional stupidity. Since we all know how that month long experiment at McDonald's turned out you should be smarter than that. There comes a time when people need to take responsibility for themselves and stop blaming others for their failures.

No, because 1) You will not die. 2) You knowingly chose that kind of diet with your free will.

I am sure they could find a lawyer to take the case. They could claim that you became addicted and that the fast food restaurants failed to warn you that the food could be addicting. :))
